When I was told I needed to write this, I was stressed. What did people want to read? What could we say that hasn’t been said by others?
After reading a few “About Us” posts on various websites it occurred to me how dry and generic sounding they were. That’s NOT us! We’re a quirky bunch.
Here’s the basics:
We’ve got decades of customer service and e-commerce fulfillment under our belts. We do it right the first time, everytime. We’ve sent thousands of shipments to Amazon and never a complaint.
We treat EVERY customer as if they were our only customer. We prefer to talk to you and find out your wants, needs and concerns, versus email or text. We do use email and text as tools. That’s what they were intended to be.
We have a philosophy of kindness, fairness and respect. The Golden Rule is our Gold Standard of operation: Treat others as you wish to be treated.
