NOW Fulfillment provides Amazon FBA prep, FBM fulfillment, storage, kitting and direct-to-consumer fulfillment from our Indiana facility.
Amazon FBA Prep
Standard single-unit prep starts at $0.80 per unit.
Standard prep includes receiving, inspection, labeling, poly bagging or basic bubble protection when required, and preparation for shipment to Amazon.
Additional preparation—including bundles, multipacks, glass products, replacement boxes, meltables and other special handling—is charged according to the work required.
We specialize in Small Standard and Large Standard Amazon size tiers. Oversized and special-handling products may require additional charges.
When NOW Fulfillment creates your FBA shipment, Amazon transportation charges are billed through your Amazon Seller Central account.
Bundling & Kitting
We can assemble bundles, multipacks and custom kits for Amazon and other e-commerce channels.
Pricing starts at $1.30 for bundles of up to 6 units, with additional tiers based on the number of items and preparation required.
Customer-supplied inserts, branded packaging, stickers or other materials can also be incorporated into kits.
Storage
Up to 5 cubic feet — $10/month
Pallet storage — $40/month
Storage is billed at a flat monthly rate. Additional space or pallets are charged at the applicable rate.
Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM)
Standard FBM fulfillment starts at $2.00 per fulfilled unit, plus applicable storage and packaging costs.
Postage and any special packaging requirements are additional.
Direct-to-Consumer Fulfillment
We support fulfillment for Shopify, eBay, WooCommerce and other direct-to-consumer sales channels.
Services can include receiving, inventory storage, pick and pack and order fulfillment. Pricing depends on the requirements of the account.

FBA FAQ
Do you have minimum order requirements?
No. NOW Fulfillment does not require a monthly minimum or subscription. We work with sellers ranging from those preparing their first Amazon FBA shipment to established businesses with ongoing inventory.
Will NOW Fulfillment create my Amazon FBA shipment?
Yes. Once your inventory arrives and is received, NOW Fulfillment can prep your products and create the shipment to Amazon, based on the inventory actually received. You do not need to create the FBA shipment before sending your products to us.
What is your typical turnaround time for Amazon FBA prep?
We strive for a 72-hour turnaround once inventory has been received and all necessary shipment information is available. Turnaround may vary depending on shipment size, prep requirements, or information needed from the seller.
Can my supplier ship inventory directly to NOW Fulfillment?
Yes. Suppliers and distributors can ship inventory directly to our Indiana facility using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or established freight carriers. Your name or business name must be included on the shipment so we can identify the inventory when it arrives.
How much does Amazon FBA prep cost?
Standard single-unit Amazon FBA prep starts at $0.80 per unit. Bundles and products requiring additional preparation are priced according to the work required. We use transparent flat-rate pricing with no subscription fees or monthly minimums. See our Services & Pricing section for current rates.
Do you accept pallet and freight deliveries?
Yes. NOW Fulfillment accepts established freight and pallet deliveries as well as shipments from USPS, UPS and FedEx. Advance notice is required for pallet deliveries. We do not accept deliveries from gig-delivery services such as DoorDash or Instacart.
Do you work with new Amazon sellers?
Yes. We work with both new and established Amazon sellers. New sellers can send their inventory to our Indiana facility, and we can handle receiving, prep, labeling and creation of the FBA shipment. We also provide a customized shipment tracker to help keep the process organized.
